Rents are typically higher for new buildings compared to old buildings. New buildings often come with modern amenities, updated appliances, and better energy efficiency, which can justify the higher rent prices. Additionally, new buildings may be located in more desirable or up-and-coming neighborhoods, further contributing to the higher rents. On the other hand, old buildings may have lower rents due to potential maintenance issues, outdated features, and less desirable locations. **

These can be represented in literature, art, or even in the design of planned communities. **

To export buildings from Sweet Home 3D to Unity without the textures disappearing, you can follow these steps: 1. In Sweet Home 3D, export the building as an OBJ file with the "Copy textures to output folder" option selected. 2. Open the exported OBJ file in a 3D modeling software such as Blender. 3. In Blender, make sure the textures are properly assigned to the building model. 4. Export the building from Blender as an FBX file, making sure to include the textures. 5. Buildings do not have feelings in the same way that humans or animals do. They are inanimate structures made of materials like concrete, steel, and glass. However, buildings can evoke emotions in people through their design, history, and the experiences that take place within them. People may develop a sense of attachment or nostalgia towards a building, but this is a reflection of their own emotions rather than the building itself having feelings. **
